Jesus First Showed me the Four Horses of Revelation Chapter 6 in 1986!
In 1986 about 2 weeks after the Lord showed me the vision of the horses, He came to me early one morning and said "John, come here I want to show you something". I am a welder by trade and was welding at the time and the next thing I realize I am caught up to a black abyss. It was pitch black and I could not see my hand in front of my face.
Jesus was standing right there by me and He said "I want to show you something." He pointed into the black abyss. I then questioned Him as to why He was showing me these things? He said because He loves me and wanted me to see these things. He kept saying to come and look and I looked and I said, "What is it?" Again He said "Look." I could not see anything. As I was looking, I asked, "What are you showing me?" He said "Look and pay attention."
A few minutes passed and I still did not see anything. Suddenly, I began to see the outline of four figures starting to form in the blackness. I could hear the pounding of hooves like horses riding hard. I could see the outline of these four horses coming at me at a high rate of speed. Even though they were off a great distance, the closer they got, I was able to see that Jesus was showing me the four horsemen who are spoken of in the scriptures of Zechariah 6 and Revelation 6.
Jesus spoke to me and said, "John you are to stay right here and are not to move!" He took His right arm and put it against my chest and He said, "Do you understand you are not to move from this position? Do not move!" I said "OK." He then walked forward and took His right foot and made a boundary line of about three hundred yards. He stood at the boundary line until the four horses rode up and were getting ready to pass over the line. Jesus walked right up in front of them and stuck out His finger in their faces and told them, "You are not to pass this boundary line until the appointed time. Do you understand?"
They started laughing and joking, mocking and cursing and riding around in a circle like madmen. They were striking each other with their weapons and laughing. They said to Jesus, "Lord Jesus, Son of the Most High God, let us go do what we must do. Let us go do it now, let us go! Jesus pointed at them and said, "The time is not yet".
Then Jesus walked back over to me and said, "These horsemen are getting ready to be released from this boundary line soon." As I stood there in a state of shock, I could not believe what Jesus had shown me. Afterward, He said, "Time is running out for mankind. Tell the people what you have seen, tell them!"

The Lord Confirmed that the Four Horses of Revelation 6 Went On World Patrol in 1991!
In the spring of 1991 God visited me and gave me the fulfillment of the vision from 1986. He spoke to me regarding the four horses and He told me the horses were allowed to go on patrol in the spring of 1991. They had been released from the boundary line that held them in the black abyss. The horses started to patrol the world and were allowed to strike where ever God had appointed them. These horses and their riders represent spirits and these spirits bring with them famine, war, death, deception and suffering.
God allows these spirits into the world from time to time for His purposes. They are released directly from the throne of God. (Zechariah 6:5). The horses are used to bring judgment on the nations and the people if they do not acknowledge God and repent. Take a good look at the country of Haiti. This country is the epitome of a nation that has rejected God and chosen to follow their voodoo gods. For that sin God has reduced that nation to what you see today.
The evidence of the manifestation of these spirits are very apparent if you know what to look for. Below are just some of the events that have taken place around the world since 1991.
The Red Horse- War- Revelation 6:4
"And there went out another horse [that was] red: and [power] was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword."
Wikipedia list of the wars for the past 17 years since 1991 also shows the estimated number of deaths. Since 1991 there have been 70 wars/conflicts compared to the 17 years between 1974-1991 there were 44 wars/conflicts. That is a 37% increase!
The Black Horse- Famine- Revelation 6:5-6
"And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand. And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and [see] thou hurt not the oil and the wine."
Famines:
There have been 4 major famines for the 17 year period between 1974-1991:
1974 famine in Bangladesh
1975-1979 Khmer Rouge. An estimated 2 million Cambodians lost their lives to murder, forced labor and famine
1980 famine in Karamoja, Uganda
1984 famine in Ethiopia
There have been 16 major famines for the 17 year period between 1991 and 2008. That is a 75% increase!

Note: For the last couple of years the honeybees are disappearing inexplicably at an alarming rate. These bees are vital to the pollination of our food crops. Is it any coincidence that olive trees and grape vines are the only two crops that do not require bee pollination? These rely on the wind to carry the pollen. The most alarming manifestation of the spirit of antichrist continues to occur in the Christian churches. Here is a list of some of the false teachings and lack of fundamental teachings about the Gospel that is going on in our churches:
Emerging Church
EMERGENT CHURCH SPREADING SPIRITUAL CANCER
-Repentance of sin is not being preached or taught.
-Calling out gross sin not being done by the Shepherds.
-The Bible in its entirety not being embraced and taught.
-Lack of preaching that Homosexuality is a sin.
-Mixing in of new age theology, mysticism and eastern religions.
-False revivals where possession by demons cause the manifestations of bizarre behavior such as barking, crowing, cursing, uncontrollable laughter, etc. Many church elders are not calling this out as counterfeit and continue to defend it. (Todd Bentley false revival) WHERE IS THE DISCERNMENT??!!
-Infiltration of occult members into the churches who are sent directly by Satan with the mission to corrupt and destroy the church and its congregation.
-Lowering of standards to attract more church members.
-Prosperity Gospel and Self improvement Gospel.
-No preaching about the current unfolding of prophecy, end time preparedness or the second coming of Jesus Christ.
-Pre-tribulation rapture doctrine has reached the status of a cult.
-Ecumenism movement (interfaith plurality) is pushing for religious unity and cooperation and is setting the church up for the coming deception of the Antichrist. This movement is teaching that there is more than one way to God. Revelation chapter 13 prophesies about a "one world religion" that will have the Antichrist as it's leader and he seeks to be worshiped as God.

The point is that any new "movement" that comes along and tries to reestablish another foundaiton other than what was "delivered to the saints" is not of God. Paul said in 2 Corinthians 11:13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into apostles of Christ. 14 And no wonder! For Satan himself transforms himself into an angel of light. Revelation 2:2 I know your deeds, your hard work and your perseverance. I know that you cannot tolerate wicked men, that you have tested those who claim to be apostles but are not, and have found them false.

God Explains the Four Horses of Revelation 6- The First Four Seals
On December 6, 2008 I had just attended an evening church sermon and was driving to the book store. As I was driving, I felt a powerful calling in my spirit from God that He wanted to talk to me. I was trying to find a place to pull over but before I could I started to see a vision of the four horses of Revelation 6. God has been showing me the horses since 1986 and He continues to do so. He revealed to me some things that I had not known about the horses. Here is what God revealed to me about the Four Horses.
The First Seal - White Horse - False Religion / Apostasy
Revelation 6:2 NKJV “And I looked, and behold, a white horse. He who sat on it had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went out conquering and to conquer."
God told me that every time the hooves of the horse hit the ground they shake the foundation of the Church and of all the Christians. Every time the foundation is shaken if the Christians do not have the full armor of the Lord they are not protected.
Ephesians 6: 10-18 NKJV
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
As you just read in Ephesians 6:16, the fiery darts are the arrows from the bow of the rider of the white horse. If the Church does not have on the full armor of the Lord right now, in this hour, then the spirit of antichrist is going to destroy many of the people. This is what will cause the great falling away. (2 Thessalonians 2:3).
Every time the white horse comes into contact with a Christian he shoots his arrow (fiery dart) with his bow to disable or destroy them spiritually. According to how filled with the Holy Spirit you are will determine how well you will be able to fight and stand in the hour of testing. “Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial which shall come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth. (Revelation 3:10 NKJV)
The carnal Christians are especially vulnerable to the attacks of the white horse. Any one who has not repented of their sinful carnal nature will be destroyed by this horse. Any Christian that has fallen into deceptive doctrines of demons will be destroyed by this horse. You must be filled with the Holy Spirit and pray for the full armor of God!
It is also very important to read, study and meditate on Matthew chapter 25, the parable of the 10 virgins.
God also uses the white horse to execute His judgment on the wicked nations. When you see a nation rising up and threatening war, this is the white horse. When you see nations taken and subdued and conquered by other nations, this is the white horse. For example, when North Korea tried to take over South Korea a huge movement of repentance and evangelism came over the people. South Korea is now very much a Christian nation.
The Third Seal- Black Horse - Famine, Poverty & Scarceness
Revelation 6:5-6 " When He opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, "Come and see." So I looked, and behold, a black horse, and he who sat on it had a pair of scales in his hand. 6 And I heard a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, "A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; and do not harm the oil and the wine."
The black horse brings in a lack of EVERYTHING! Not just food. Everything in our universe will be in a total and complete famine very soon!
- Food
- Work
- Light (darkness will literally increase)
- Word of God
- Love of others
- Medicine and health care
- Livestock/ wild animals/ marine life
- EVERYTHING!
The scales that the rider of the black horse carries are weighing the deeds of men, whether good or bad. The bad deeds are considered “sorcery” to God because sorcery means “to come into agreement to the thinking of Satan”. This agreement is a rejection of the truth of God’s word and the teaching of Christ Jesus and coveting the lies of the devil.
The scales are also weighing the righteous deeds of men; love of others, repentance, faith, forgiveness, peace, happiness, joy, feeding the poor, visiting the elderly. These deeds are in agreement with the word of God and the practice of His word and the carrying out of His truth.
The Second Seal- Red Horse - War and Unrest
Whether the manifestation of these spirits will be immediate or not, I do not know because the other horses and their works did not manifest right away and they seem to be slowly building. God has said that these spirits will be like the outer bands of a hurricane as it approaches land and then makes a direct hit. Matthew 24:8 "All these are the beginning of sorrows." Other versions of the Bible call these "birth pangs".
Update- April, 2009:
The headlines of the news everyday are testifying to the fact that peace is being taken from America! Three mass murders in ONE WEEK, shootings, plane crashes, floods, tornadoes... Tent villages popping up everywhere and the people are unsettled and fearful. Pray people! Pray!
Revelation 6:4 "Another horse, fiery red, went out. And it was granted to the one who sat on it to take peace from the earth, and that [people] should kill one another; and there was given to him a great sword."
When the red horse strikes the earth and especially America, peace will be taken away from EVERYTHING! There will be no peace on the earth whatsoever. Neighbor will come against neighbor. State will come against state and nation against nation to kill and destroy each other.
Peace will be taken from the animals. The livestock will turn on each other and on their human owners. Peace will be taken from the entire insect kingdom. Zoologists and entomologists are going to be horrified and perplexed at what they see. Even the household pets of the non-believers will turn on them. There will be no peace in the rivers and the oceans. There will be no peace on the rocks and massive earthquakes will manifest in the land. Peace will be taken from the heavens and there will be a great war in heaven between the Heavenly Host and the fallen angels. (Obadiah 1:2-4).
There will be nothing but war and upheaval. This is a direct result of mankind’s rejection of the Lord God Almighty. The rejection of His love, his abundant mercy, compassion and forgiveness. But the ultimate sin of mankind is the rejection of His beloved son, Yeshua, Christ Jesus. He came to the earth to redeem man from the curse of the law of sin and death and to give man eternal life. Because God is a God of justice, He is also a God of fearful wrath and judgment. Now the whole world will come under His judgment.
The hope in all of this is that God is going to purify the earth with fire and destroy the wicked while preserving righteousness!
The Fourth Seal - Pale Horse - Pestilence , Disease & Death
Revelation 6:8 " So I looked, and behold, a pale horse. And the name of him who sat on it was Death, and Hades followed with him. And power was given to them over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword, with hunger, with death, and by the beasts of the earth."
When peace has been taken from the earth by the red horse, then the pale horse will come right behind to amplify and multiply the works of the first 3 horses. This will happen with the manifestation of death by hunger, war, disease, and natural disasters.
Just as a hurricane’s outer bands approach the land you will be able to recognize these things. When the red and the pale horse arrives and you have waited until this point to turn your life over to Jesus then it will probably be too late for most because they have locked themselves into God’s judgment due to their doubt and unbelief. This is why Paul writes in Hebrews 2:3 “how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation” for if you do neglect your salvation then you have nothing to look forward to but fearful judgment.
Do not wait! Turn to the Savior of the world, Yeshua, Christ Jesus! He will reach back and pull you up! He will seal you and under His wings you will have refuge. He promises this to His people!
